Trauma Essentials:
• Tourniquet (CAT or SOF-T recommended)
• Pressure bandage / Israeli bandage
• Hemostatic gauze (QuickClot / Celox)
• Sterile non-adherent pads
• Trauma shears
• Nitrile gloves (2–3 pairs)

Basic First Aid:
• Adhesive bandages (assorted sizes)
• Sterile gauze pads (2x2, 4x4)
• Elastic wrap / ACE bandage
• Cloth medical tape
• Antiseptic wipes
• Antibiotic ointment
• Hydrocortisone packet
• Alcohol wipes
• Eye wash / saline
• Burn gel packets

Motorcycle-Specific Items:
• CPR face shield
• Mylar emergency blanket
• Instant cold pack
• Tweezers
• Flashlight or headlamp
• Spare prescription meds
• Blister care (moleskin)

Comfort & Environmental:
• Sunscreen packets
• Lip balm with SPF
• Electrolyte tablets/powder
• Hand sanitizer
