HOG Chapter Ride - Momentum Run

Calling all Chapter 4052 HOG Members!

On July 23rd, we will be making a Momentum Run to Hooligan Harley-Davidson!!

Please plan to meet at 8:00am at Redstone H-D; we'll go KSU @ 8:30am.  RC Michael F. will lead the group to Hooligan H-D.  We'll head down HWY 65, to HWY 67, to HWY 231, to HWY 278.  At the four-way in Snead, we'll stop at the Shell/McDonald's to take a pitstop break and then continue onto HWY 278, to HWY 77, and work our way over to HWY 431, then on to Hooligan H-D!

Note:  This is a two-day ride if you choose that. For the members that just want to ride to Hooligan H-D and return home that afternoon, Road Captain Charlie S. will be leading the ride back home, after we get back from the Cheaha State Park ride.

When we arrive, we'll hang out for a bit at Hooligan H-D, meet up with their HOG Chapter members, and partake in their Grill & Chill.  After everyone has rested and up for another little trip, we'll take a ride up to the Cheaha State Park.  Then we'll ride back to Hooligan to rest & relax. 

For the members wishing to head back home after the ride from the Cheaha State Park, RC Charlie S. will be leading the ride home.  For the members wishing stay that night, there are several hotel choices near Hooligan H-D to choose from.  The next morning, we'll meet up for a fellowship breakfast before heading back to Redstone H-D.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.  All guests must sign an event release. Be aware, all rides and events are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Impairment Policy: The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety of family, riding friends, and the individual HOG member.  Alcohol consumption before or during a motorcycling activity is not safe, responsible behavior.  Redstone Chapter #4052 requests you “think before you drink” with the above in mind and refrain from consuming any number of impairment drinks that total more than the number of wheels you are on.  Riders whose skills are observed or suspected to be impaired by alcohol or drugs before riding cannot join the ride.
