H.O.G. Chapter Ride - Bike Night @ Toyota Field

H.O.G. Chapter 4052 Members...let's hit a TRASH PANDA bike night that includes a field ride and a game!  Come join RCs Deno M. & Kyle R. for a short ride to the park! 

Please plan to meet/stage @ RHD @ 4pm. We'll go KSU @ 4:30pm. We should arrive Toyota Field by 4:45pm. We've been asked to be at the Toyota Field Staging area NLT 5pm.  Upon coordination with the Trash Panda staff, we should line up to go on the field at 5:45pm.  After the ride around the field, we'll park our bikes and disperse to our seats to enjoy the game!  NOTE:  If you sign up for the bike show...you'll head to that designated area to park your bike for the show.  
 
YOU MUST GET A TICKET if you wish to stay for the game!  (not needed if ya want to ride the field and depart)
 
Scan the QR code on the attached flyer and it will take you to the ticket ordering process!

If you have a H.O.G. Chapter 4052 shirt...wear it!  Of course, feel free to wear your Chapter vest but once at the game, if you take off the vest...you can still highlight our Chapter pride with a Chapter shirt at the game!!

Quick update for you...you DO NOT need to attend the game to enjoy the ride around the field process...just so you know!   We'll ride in together (no charge for parking) and stage at the designated area to await the parade around the field.  
 
PLEASE NOTE:  There is a patch being awarded to commemorate the Bike Night--the patch is FREE if you are buying a game ticket through the QR code on the attached flyer.  It is $5 otherwise (if you want one).  If so, please bring $5 cash to the ride and you'll get a patch right before/right after the parade around the field.

Ok Sports Fans...here is more info on securing your tickets and add ons...
 
  1. Scan the QR code
  2. Click on get tickets
  3. Click the section, select the row, select the seat, select continue
  4. On the next page, scroll up for the add ons; here, you can add the pregame parade (ride around the field), bike night event patch, and bike show (as applicable).
  5. Choose if you want to add protection
  6. Click payment option, enter info
  7. Click confirm
 
BIKE NIGHT @ TOYOTA FIELD!!!

Event Highlights:

** Pre-Game Bike Parade ** - Rev up your engines and join the bike parade!  Show off your ride before the big game.

** Bike Show ** - Display your wheels inside Toyota Field!  With limited spots available, make sure you sign up early.  Please note...all bikes must be removed by the end of the 5th inning for the fireworks display.

** Post-Game Fireworks Show ** - End the night with a bang as a spectacular fireworks show lights up the skies after the game.

Get ready to rev up your engines and join us for an exhilarating Bike Night at Toyota Field! Experience the thrill of taking a victory lap around the warning track before settling in to watch the Trash Pandas dominate the game.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

Entering Toyota Field, fans will walk through metal detectors.
They are a cashless facility; Debit, Credit and Tap pay ONLY are accepted at Toyota Field
CLEAR BAGS ONLY no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” - 

Small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5” x 4.5” with or without a strap are allowed.  THIS IS NO JOKE...IF YOU BRING IN A LARGER BAG, BE READY TO TAKE IT BACK TO YOUR BIKE.
They do not allow outside food and beverage inside Toyota Field.

Gates open 1 hour before game time.
Bikers will gather at the north side of the main parking lot and will be led down and around for the bike parade at 5:45pm
